Reading Rhythms Upper West Side: October 11th
About This Event
Good Company is an UWS community-focused cannabis dispensary. No smoking or cannabis consumption is allowed inside the premises. The store is accessible and has no stairs necessary for entry. A 21+ ID is required to enter the store, so make sure to bring your ID to the reading party event!
Good Company allows attendees to bring in their own food and drink, with the promise that the attendee will clean up after themselves as necessary. Cannabis item purchases at Good Company while at the reading party are permitted (and encouraged!), but consumption of said items is not allowed at the event. There are also many books shelved in the store that are available for reading during the event, and may even be eligible for purchase!
"Doors" for our reading party open at 6:30pm, and our official proceedings begin a few minutes before 7pm, and the event concludes at 9pm.

Reading Rhythms is a series of welcoming reading parties designed to make it easy for people to gather and read socially. We invite you to bring any book you want and facilitate silent reading periods, as well as 1-on-1 breakouts, and group discussions to pull on the threads of the books that everyone is engaging with.
In a world that can often feel devoid of interest and meaningful connection, we bring readers together to reconnect with our love of learning, to experience the wonder of beautiful venues and curated music, and to gather amongst all of the people who want to be in that very same room.
